VCARS GUARANTEES
Buying an American car is a major investment. With us you never buy a pig in a poke — we stand legally, technically, and financially behind every vehicle we import and sell.
100% Lifetime Vehicle Origin Guarantee
We guarantee the legal origin of every vehicle offered. Each car is thoroughly checked in police and international stolen-vehicle databases and lien registers. In case of any legal issue, we guarantee a full refund of the purchase price.
Guaranteed Mileage and Service History
Mileage is not an estimate but a documented fact. All vehicles have guaranteed and verified mileage stated directly in the purchase contract. We never roll back odometers or conceal the true condition of a vehicle.
Complete CARFAX / AutoCheck Report
For every vehicle originating from the USA or Canada, we provide a full extract from the nationwide American CARFAX database. You know exactly how many owners the car had, how it was serviced, whether it was flooded or recorded as a total loss (salvage title).
Pre-Sale Technical Inspection
Every vehicle undergoes a detailed inspection on a lift in our Pilsen workshop before handover. We check chassis condition, geometry, engine, and electronic systems diagnostics. The car leaves us in a fully roadworthy and safe condition.
Warranty for Hidden Defects & Extended Warranty Options
We provide the statutory warranty for hidden defects. In addition, we offer the optional DEFEND Car Protect extended warranty for up to 36 months, covering unexpected mechanical and electronic failures of the engine, transmission, and 4x4 drivetrain.
